PARIS/64 handbags and shoes are handcrafted and handmade in Spanish workshops where every detail of the manufacturing process is lovingly taken care of in order to offer you the best final product.
To keep your bag and shoes as good as new for years to come, avoid getting them wet and/or staining the leather. To keep them always like new, we recommend cleaning them with a dry cotton cloth and rubbing to give shine. You can also use colorless or leather tone cream.
Specific skin care:
- Do not overuse cleaning products (creams, grease, brushes and other cleaning products). When cleaning them, do not put them in the washing machine or submerge them in water.
- If shoes get wet, wipe them with a soft cloth and make sure that no water remains on the surface of the shoe.
- Beware of the heat! It is not good for the skin, as it dehydrates it. To keep your skin looking beautiful and nourished, you should regularly apply a cream or wax (do not overdo it).
- If you are going to store your shoes for a long period of time, remember to store them in cotton bags, not plastic bags.
- To keep your bag in perfect condition, we recommend that you avoid getting it wet.
- You can store your bag in the PARIS/64 cotton bag when not in use.
- If you are going to keep the bag for a long time, stuff it with onion paper, not with magazine or newspaper because of the ink, so that it does not become deformed.
- Beware of stains and alcohol (perfume or beverage)!
- Protect it from light and humidity.
- Use creams, but be careful with their components.
Specific care for suede:
- It is important to keep in mind that suede is a delicate material, you can not apply any product or stain remover, as they can deteriorate.
- For dust stains: it is best to brush them with a soft-bristled brush and gradually remove the particles that have stuck to them.
- Water horror! As you know, the worst thing that can happen to suede is that it gets wet. To keep your bag in perfect condition, we recommend that you avoid getting it wet. If a few drops of water fall on it, the best thing to do is to wait for it to dry. When it is completely dry, you can put a little talcum powder on it and brush it by tapping it with a brush.
- To clean them, dampen a microfiber cloth and with neutral soap, rub in circles; with a sponge or cloth dampened only with clean water, remove the soap, leave to dry in the shade and away from heat sources.
- Scratches: If you have a scratch or a more difficult stain, you can erase it with eraser! Yes, you heard right, with those rubber erasers from school!
- Protective spray. For prevention you can always use a suede protective spray.
- For storage, remember that you have a cotton bag to keep it in perfect condition.
Specific care for raffia:
- Raffia is a natural fiber and if it gets stained you can clean it with a microfiber cloth -because it does not shed hairs- a little damp and dab it on the stain.
- To keep it like the first day, you can brush the raffia by gently tapping it to remove any particles that have stuck to it.
- Before cleaning the entire product, we recommend testing a few corners.
- To keep your bag in perfect condition, we recommend that you avoid getting it wet.
- For storage, remember that you have a cotton bag to keep it in perfect condition.
PARIS/64 textile garments are handcrafted and handmade in Spanish workshops where every detail of the manufacturing process is lovingly taken care of in order to offer you the best final product.
If you want your garments to stay with you for years and keep them as the first day, wash them in cold water (no more than 30º) and with neutral detergent. Avoid using bleach and the dryer. Iron at low temperature.
Specific care for blouses and shirts:
- Washing. It is advisable to wash your garments in cold water and be careful that the water does not exceed 30º, as excess temperature can fade and shrink the garments. Wash the garments inside out and in a delicate program, this will protect the fabric and help maintain the color and shape of the fabric, especially if it is a colored or printed garment. In addition, it is recommended to wash the garments alone for the first time, since printed garments or garments with strong colors tend to fade.
- Use of mild or neutral detergents.
- Do not use bleach.
- Avoid using the dryer.
- Iron at low temperature.
Specific care for blazers and coats 100% wool:
Always dry clean your coats and blazers and iron them gently and slowly.
