Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the time of purchase in the online store and the country of destination:

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal: between 24 and 48 working hours.
  • Canary Islands*, Ceuta, Melilla, Italy, France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg and Germany: between 3 and 5 working days.
  • Austria, Greece, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Switzerland: between 4 and 7 working days.
  • USA: between 3-5 working days.
  • Rest of the world: between 5-7 working days.

*Delivery to the Canary Islands may take longer than expected due to customs issues.

Changes

  • An exchange is only possible within 15 working days of receipt of the product.
  • Items to be exchanged must be delivered in their original condition, together with any related accessories, and must not have been used or damaged.
  • Items to be exchanged must keep their original tags, and their complete original packaging (including the cotton bag in shoes and bags).
  • It is necessary to present the invoice or the purchase confirmation email.
  • Personalized products such as monogramming or personalized wallets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • In the case of a price update, the change will always be made taking into account the original purchase price. If the change of the product is for another color or size, the price paid at the time of purchase will be respected. If the exchange of the product is for another model or type of leather, the customer must pay the difference.

1) First change FREE

  • The first exchange of an item purchased in the online store for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal is FREE.
  • To make the change, you will have to send us an email to help@paris64.com within a period not exceeding 15 working days from receipt of your order, letting us know the details of the change you want to make (i.e. article you change and the one you want to purchase), as well as the reason for the change. We will tell you how to proceed and we will arrange an appointment with the courier company Nacex for the delivery of the new product and collection of the exchanged item.

 

2) Second change 9,95€.

  • For a SECOND EXCHANGE, it will be necessary to purchase the "Second exchange" service, which has a cost of 9.95€ for shipping and handling.
  • We will arrange an appointment with the courier company for the delivery of the new product and collection of the item to be exchanged. If you have any questions, we will be happy to help you at help@paris64.com

The exchange of an item purchased in the online store for countries other than Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal will be processed as a RETURN. It is not possible to make an exchange for the rest of Europe (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and other countries, so it will be processed as a RETURN of the original product. See Returns section

Once the return has been made, you may proceed to make a new purchase. This new purchase will be subject to the current price of the products, regardless of the price at which the returned product was purchased.

The exchange of an item purchased in the online store will be processed as a RETURN when it is made in a physical store. The advantage of doing it this way is that the shipping costs will not be deducted. See the Returns section

To proceed with the return, you must send us an email to help@paris64.com within 15 working days of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason why you would like to return it.

The return of an item purchased in the online store for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) & Portugal must be managed directly with the transport company PARIS/64. Send us an email to help@paris64.com and we will schedule a quick and easy pick up.

In that case, once the product is received in perfect condition, we offer three return options:

1) Money refund minus return costs (home collection): 9€ will be deducted in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal* for handling and shipping costs.

*In case of more than 2 unsuccessful collection attempts, an additional cost of 4,95€ will be added to the 9€.

2) Full refund by voucher (home collection): We will provide you with a voucher code for the full amount to be redeemed on the website without expiration date (in this case, the 9€ will not be subtracted). You will receive the code by email when your return has been successfully returned to PARIS/64.

3) Full refund (store delivery): If you make the return in a physical store, it will be FREE. See PARIS/64 stores.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 8/10 working days, depending on the bank and always in the original payment method in which the product was purchased from the online store.

Refund of the money minus the return costs: They will be discounted for management and shipping costs. The refund of the money will be effective in a maximum of 8/10 working days, depending on the bank and always in the original payment method in which the product was purchased from the online store.

  • Europe, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 19 €.
  • UK: £19
  • USA: $29
  • Japan: 4200 ¥
  • Rest of the world: 29 €.

Full refund of the money: It will be effective in a maximum of 8/10 working days, depending on the bank and always in the original payment method in which the product was purchased from the online store.
* We do not accept returns managed by a shipping company other than DHL.

Secure Payment

The payment of the price of the products and the respective shipping costs can be made by debit and credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS), PAYPAL, BIZUM, APLAZAME, KLARNA. PARIS/64 is committed to using the most efficient and secure methods of current technology to transmit data and payments for each transaction. The credit card payment gateway is done through STRIPE (credit card 1) and REDSYS (credit card 2) to offer a 100% secure payment. The data will never be used by PARIS/64 except to complete the procedures related to the purchase, to issue refunds in case of eventual returns and to prevent and inform the police forces in case of any fraud committed on the site. www.paris64.com by the buyer.

Black Friday

All products purchased on Black Friday may be exchanged and/or returned (according to the applicable country policy). The 15% discount will be maintained exclusively if it is an exchange for a product of the SAME PRICEchange of size or color (of the same amount). Due to the high volume of orders, delivery times may be extended by an additional 24-48 hours. Also, our customer service may take longer than usual to answer emails, chat or phone.

Christmas Shopping

We extend the exchange and return deadline until january 10th for all purchases made on or after November 24, 2022.
