Do you ship to all countries?

Yes, shipping is FREE for all countries in the world (taxes and customs included).
In SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) shipments in 24/48 hours.

Where can I check the status of my order?
Our shipping company will send you information via email or text message as soon as your order is shipped so you can track the delivery.

How can I exchange or return the product?

To manage an exchange or return you must send an email to within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the product.

  • For Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) & Portugal:
    • a) The first exchange is completely FREE, only the difference in the price of the product will be paid. If it is a second change for the same or lower amount, it has a cost of € 9.95.
    • b) There are two types of returns:
      • Money refund (in this case 9€ of return costs will be subtracted)
      • Return by means of a voucher with the full amount paid for the product (in this case the 9€ are not subtracted).
  • For the Canary Islands, the rest of Europe and other countries of the world
      Exchanges will have to be processed as returns.

    • Refunds: The refund of the money subtracting the return expenses:
      o Europe, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 19€.
      o UK: £19
      o USA: $29
      o Japan: 4200 ¥
      o Rest of the world: 29€.

What does buying from PRE-ORDER entail?
It is a normal purchase with the only difference that the delivery date is later than usual. In each item's product page, we will specify the week you will receive the product purchased in PRE-ORDER.
If I buy in PRE-ORDER can I exchange and/or return my product?
Yes, if you make a PRE-ORDER purchase you can exchange or return it under the same conditions as a normal product:

  • If an item is not available, can I reserve it?
    You can fill in the field "Notify me when available" with your email in the product sheet and you will receive an email when it is available again on our website.     How does payment by installments work?

    Once you have added the products to your cart, choose Aplazame as your payment method at checkout.

    Click on the Checkout button to access the Aplazame page. Choose the installments (up to 12 months) and the payment day that best suits your preferences.

    Get your purchase with just your basic data and no paperwork! You need your ID, credit card or PayPal and a Spanish phone number. You don't need to give your salary.

    How long does it take for a refund to become effective?
    Once we receive the package with the product, we give order so that the refund of the amount paid can be managed. The refund usually takes between 4-5 working days to be available in the customer's account.
