All products purchased on Black Friday can be exchanged and/or returned (according to the applicable country policy). The 15% discount will be maintained exclusively if it is an exchange for a product of the SAME PRICE, change of size or color (of the same amount).
Due to the high volume of orders, delivery times may be extended by an additional 24-48 hours. Also, our customer service may take longer than usual to answer emails, chat or phone calls.

What are the delivery times according to the countries?

Delivery times vary depending on the time of purchase in the online store and the country of destination.:

  • Spain and Europe: between 24 and 48 working hours.
  • EEUU: between 2 and 5 working days.
  • Japan, South Korea, México: between 2 and 7 working days
  • Rest of the world:between 2 and 7 working days

* Delivery to the Canary Islands may be delayed beyond the expected delivery time due to customs issues.

Free Changes

General conditions
  • It is only possible to make a change within 15 calendar days after receipt of the product.
  • The items to be exchanged must be delivered in their original condition., together with any related accessories, and may not have been used or damaged.
  • Items to be exchanged must keep their original labels, and their complete original packaging (including cotton bag in shoes and bags).
  • Must to present the invoice or the purchase confirmation email.
  • Customized products such as the monogramming or personalized wallets no exchange or refund allowed.
  • In the case of a price update, the change will always be made taking into account the original purchase price. If the change of the product is for another color or size, the current price at the time of the change will be taken into account, having to pay the difference in case of price increase..
  • Products that do not comply with the previously established conditions will not be accepted for return.
In Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

Exchanges only apply to SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal where the first exchange is totally free. The same courier will deliver the new product and will pick up the one you want to exchange. For the rest of the world the exchanges will be managed as returns. See section Returns.

First change FREE

The first exchange of an item purchased in the online store for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal is FREE of charge..

To make the change, you will need to send us an email to help@paris64.com within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days from receipt of your order, letting us know the details of the change you want to make (i.e., the item you are exchanging and the one you want to purchase), as well as the reason for the change. We will tell you how to proceed and arrange an appointment with the courier company Nacex for the delivery of the new product and collection of the exchanged item.

Rest of Europe and other countries

The exchange of an item purchased in the online store for countries other than Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal will be processed as a RETURN. See section Returns.

Make an exchange in a physical store of a product purchased in an online store.

The exchange of an item purchased in the online store will be processed as a RETURN when it is made in a physical store. See section Returns.

Rest of Europe and other countries

The exchange of an item purchased in the online store for countries other than Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal will be processed as a RETURN. It is not possible to make an exchange for the rest of Europe (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and other countries, so it will be processed as a RETURN of the original product. Once the return has been made, you can proceed to make a new purchase. This new purchase will be subject to the current price of the products, regardless of the price at which the returned product was purchased..

To proceed with the return, you must send us an email at help@paris64.com en
a period not exceeding 15 calendar days from receipt of the product., letting us know the reason why you would like to make the return.

The return of an item purchased in the online store for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) & Portugal must be managed directly with the transport company PARIS/64 works with. Send us an email to help@paris64.com and we will schedule a pickup quickly and easily.

In that case, once you receive the product in perfect condition, you will receive:

1) Full refund of the money: the full amount paid at the time of purchase will be refunded. In case of more than 2 unsuccessful collection attempts, 4,95€ will be subtracted.

2) Full refund (store delivery): If you return the product to a physical store, it will also be FREE. View PARIS/64 stores .

The refund will be made within a maximum of 8/10 working days, depending on the bank and always in the original payment method in which the product was purchased from the online store.

Rest of Europe and other countries - FREE
