Second change (Spain and Portugal)

The SECOND EXCHANGE of an item purchased in the online store for another of equal or lesser amount (different color or size or model) for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal regardless of the amount of the purchase, provided that the change is requested within 15 calendar days of receipt of the product has a cost of € 9.95.

To make the exchange we organize an appointment with the courier company to deliver the new product and collect the item to be exchanged.

To proceed with the exchange, you must send us an email to help@paris64.com within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days from receipt of the product, letting us know the details of the change you want to make (ie, the article you change and the one you want to acquire) and the reason.

The items to be exchanged must be delivered in their original condition, along with any related accessories, and may not be used or damaged. They must keep their original labels, and their complete original packaging and attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order.
