FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Convey the PARIS/64 universe. Be able to dazzle each customer in a respectful and friendly manner, seeking to convert every interaction into a sale.

From a respectful and friendly greeting, convey the warmth and exquisite taste that reflects the brand's values, giving the customer an unforgettable experience and providing detailed advice to each customer based on their needs.

Encourage cross-selling at all times, informing and proposing different options within each product line.

Cash management and basic tasks to maintain the product in optimal conditions for sale.

Execute the opening and closing of the day, confirming the correct transfer of documents and cash.

Report store information daily and update the customer database with a focus on future sales.

Ensure the proper maintenance of the shop by supporting the logistics and operations team in organisation and inventory tasks.

Open and close the shop with special attention to lighting, visual product display, ensuring the necessary stock of products and consumables, and managing telephone customers.


WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

2-3 years of experience in a luxury fashion boutique, ideally in the leather handbag sector.

Total willingness to work as part of a team, sincerely offering to collaborate to achieve the goal together.

Proactivity, rigor and meticulous attention to detail.

Autonomy, adaptability and resilience to effectively manage the high traffic in the boutique.

Fluent English is required; knowledge of any other language is an advantage.

Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.


REMUNERATION:Depending on experience and suitability for the position, the remuneration package will consist of a base hourly wage of between $23 and $26 plus bonuses based on targets.

1. ¿Quiénes somos?

PARIS/64 es una de las marcas españolas de moda femenina con mayor crecimiento online y proyección internacional. Somos un equipo joven y muy dinámico, así como nativos digitales con clara orientación a la escalabilidad y trabajo por objetivos.

Somos una marca de bolsos Made in Spain de máxima calidad y que cree firmemente en el valor de la artesanía; siendo nuestra misión la supervivencia de los oficios tradicionales.

2. Descripción del empleo. ¿Cuál será tu misión?

• Elaborar y validar las nuevas guidelines de diseño para las nuevas tiendas.
• Liderar la conceptualización del espacio y su adaptación a la morfología de cada ubicación.
• Definir y desarrollar a medida el mobiliario y la creación de piezas únicas, aportando una visión muy orientada a la imagen de marca de la firma.
• Coordinar el trabajo con los equipos de arquitectos locales y resto de profesionales para la ejecución de las futuras tiendas.
• Supervisar y coordinar la gestión de todas las licencias de obra definitiva, apertura y actividad, garantizando el estricto cumplimiento normativo en cada jurisdicción.
• Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de Diseño y Marketing para reforzar el look & feel y la experiencia de la marca.
• Asegurar que los proyectos se entreguen dentro de los objetivos de coste, calidad y plazo.
• Elegir así como gestionar colaboraciones con proveedores y partners especializados.
• Proveer supervisión técnica y administrativa para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente interno y externo.

3. Requisitos. ¿Qué perfil buscamos?

• Formación en Arquitectura Superior orientada al diseño de espacios comerciales.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años de experiencia laboral.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Dominio de diseño 2D y 3D y capacidad demostrable para realizar renders de alta calidad. Este punto es clave ya que garantiza conocimiento de habilidades técnicas.
• Muy creativo/a y con alta orientación a la moda y el lujo.
• Pasión por viajar y capacidad de adaptación.

• Incentivos remunerados por productividad a partir de los 6 meses.
• Jornada de 8h a 17:30h de lunes a jueves y viernes hasta las 14h,
